Olivia has left a bad relationship and found herself out of shape. Her self confidence that been rocked and she was accepting less of herself. Frankie owned the local fitness center and a connection is formed when Olivia decided to take a tour of the center. The telling of their journey is such a beautiful story. The many characters in this book are strong woman you just can't help but love. They all have a such loving embrace on life. Olivia joins the gym and has a tough start though Frankie continues to help repair her self image. Together they search within themselves to find the key to what they want in life. Exercise, conversations about self-esteem worth and acceptance help them see a place they did not know they lost, HOME. Sofia is Olivia's best friend, Stella and Des are partners with Frankie and together they bring a touching story that every woman faces at some point in her life. Jamey Moody has given such a heartfelt look at how woman can change everything by just embracing them self. I am so excited that this is a first in a series. I look forward to reading more about these strong characters and the life they lead. I loved how courageously they made choices finding the part they needed. This is a must read that is inspiring to the soul and fun for the heart. The author took time to develop her characters that's very evident well edited and a solid story of self image, worth and confidence all those things are A+. However I think she spent too much time on will Frankie and Olivia get there and when they finally did they were side tracked by an ex, throw in a work trip miscommunication and a widow and it makes you wonder so many chapters all that build and then this which led to repetition and then when they finally communicated it was full speed ahead.
